In the vibrant and lively Indian culture,
Nepali hearts find a festive allure.
Tihar, a radiant jewel in the year's embrace,
Bringing joy and light to every space.
As the autumn breeze carries a whisper of cheer,
Nepali homes glow with lamps so dear.
Beautiful lights in bustling streets and lanes,
The spirit of Tihar joyously reigns.
Each day of Tihar holds its own delight,
A symphony of rituals, a luminous sight.
From Kaag Tihar with crows in the morning sun,
To Bhai Tika, sibling bonds forever spun.
Marigold garlands adorn doorways with grace,
As homes are adorned, a sacred space.
Colorful rangolis bedeck the floor,
Welcoming luck and blessings galore.
Deities are honored with fervent devotion,
Amidst chants and prayers, a heartfelt emotion.
Goddess Laxmi, embodiment of wealth and light,
Bestows her blessings, shining bright.
In India's melting pot of diversity,
Nepali culture blooms in unity.
Tihar, a festival of love and mirth,
Bringing together hearts from every birth.
Though miles may stretch between land and kin,
Tihar binds them close, from within.
In the glow of lamps and laughter's embrace,
Nepali spirits are high in every place.
