In Tamil Nadu's golden land, where legends rise,
Lies a spectacle of courage under sunlit skies.
Jallikattu, where man and bull unite,
In a dance of valor, fierce and bright.
Beneath the azure heavens, the crowd gathers near,
With hearts that beat in rhythm, devoid of fear.
The bull, a symbol of strength and grace,
Challenges the brave in this ancient race.
With horns adorned with coins, it strides with pride,
As fearless souls step forth, by tradition tied.
In the arena's dust, where legends are made,
The spirit of bravery shall never fade.
With muscles tense and eyes ablaze,
Man and beast engage in this timeless maze.
The thunderous roar of the charging bull,
Echoes the courage of those who are full.
Amidst the chaos, there's a silent bond,
Between man and beast, in a contest fond.
For in this dance of strength and might,
Resides the essence of honor, burning bright.
Though debates may rage, and controversies fly,
Jallikattu remains under the vast Tamil sky.
A testament to heritage, brave and true,
A timeless tradition, for me and you.
