Under the Moon

The night is lonely,
So am I,
Under the moon I sit quietly,
Just thinking of you,
Sad that our bodies have parted,
Yet not our souls,
You come in my dreams,
And I can't forget you,
I see only you,
As I close my eyes,
That just makes me remember you,
As I always I do,
I feel the evening breeze,
The breeze that reminds me of your fragrance,
I cherish your smile,
The smile that always lit me up in the darkness,
I wish we would have kept our promises,
The promises that now are broken,
Bitterness slowly filled my heart,
As I recall the togetherness with you by my side,
If not in this lifetime,then maybe in our next,
I know our souls will be together again,
To relive these beautiful moments that you have forgotton,
Under the moon sitting quietly,
Drinking wine together happily,
Forever and ever!

Undisturbed Rest in Peace

You left us in the sharpest turn of life,
We were still too young to live and strive;
When I was young you were my super hero,
Strong character looked fabulous in your woodish sombrero.

Your smile and your gentle nature,
Made you the most loved creature;
I know you are not here anymore,
You'll not return as you've latched the door.
I have lot of things to say concealed deep inside my heart,
They'll never be uttered now as these words fell apart;
You taught me to never give up and to persevere;
I realised now, how I was timid and obscure.

You instilled the sense of care,
You instilled the humour in me;
I promise to carry these traits,
And pass it on as legacy.

If you'd have been here
I would've made you proud;
As you have left us too early,
To live in the abode of cloud;

I'll ever be connected to you,
As long as the universe exists;
Dad may your eternal soul,
Undisturbed rest in peace.

Protocol

Fear in the eyes of mankind,
A fear sprung out of creativity in a utter black Cape,
Those ten mundane fingers were busy,
Were busy through ages, rolling from centuries after centuries,
Not aware of that nagging pain the sorroundingd oozed out.

From history to technology the human evolved from humane to beings, hiding behind that black Cape of necessity
Failed to emancipate the wound below the gauge of concrete and power.

The wound there now is a door to hell,
Hell of own deeds, pit of those overlooked pains and scars.. demanding nature to heal them through human eradication,
Some protocols are unseen but predicted.
Not abiding by them is ,creating new anno domini.

She is healing

After years of ailing plight,
She bumped into a sudden respite,
Longer she could breathe,
Despite the thousands in the street,
She was tired of the pomp and shows,
For she ain't flattered by the fake bows,
Of the long speeches, of the oaths,
Politicized and feigned for connecting the dots,
Gleefully she could dawdle with her mates,
With the sun, the moon and the stars, enjoying their fate,
Like the first spell of rain, she felt so blessed,
When nature started healing after days of depressed,
She wonders of the air,
That's now so balmy, agile and rare,
Would it stay this fresh?
Just like the earthy smell full of refresh?
She sneaked round the globe,
Just to thank the miracle that knocked without hope,
Yes, of course she feels pity for the human race,
For they never tried to endure nature in their rat race,
With pace of time, she acknowledged the lockdown,
No matter punishing, yet the much wanted in the downtown,
'Mother Nature is healing', she says it loud,
Yes, now it's our duty to nurture her with no doubt!
